Statement on No Affiliation with Qingpeng Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. and Qingpeng Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.


Recently, our company has repeatedly received inquiries from customers and industry insiders regarding the civil case of contracted contract dispute with Case No. (2024) Min 0111 Min Chu No. 7123, asking whether our company has any affiliation or business cooperation with the defendant company "Qingpeng Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd.". We hereby make the following statement:


  1. Our company has no affiliation whatsoever with Qingpeng Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., and there is no business connection or cooperative relationship between our company (including our team members) and the said company.
  2. Through online inquiries, we have learned that the actual controller of Qingpeng Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is Zhang Yun, who also owns Qingpeng Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (established on April 11, 2024). Our company also has no affiliation, business connection, or cooperative relationship with Qingpeng Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (including its team members).
  3. Any disputes (such as commercial disputes, contract disputes) and losses arising between any company and Qingpeng Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. or Qingpeng Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. shall be entirely unrelated to our company and our team members.
  4. If there is evidence proving that the above-mentioned two companies have engaged in illegal acts of unfair competition (such as using the influence of our company and our team members in the hydrogen-powered UAV industry for promotion and commercial activities), our company will exercise its right to pursue the corresponding legal liabilities of the above-mentioned two companies and their actual controller in accordance with the law, and claim compensation for the interests lost due to the damage to our company's reputation and image caused by such acts.
